If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from LiveNuRich.com, you can return your order to NuRich for a refund - minus a restocking fee within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them.

If you have purchased a NuRich product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Acquire an RMA Number by contacting our Customer Service Team at info@livenurich.com

Please reference your order number from your LiveNuRich.com purchase.

Clearly reference your RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.

Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
