1. Stay Hydrated:

A question that many people ask themselves is: how much water should I drink per day? Every day you lose water through your breath, perspiration, urine, and bowel movements. For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply by consuming beverages and foods that contain water.
The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: about 15.5 cups (3.67 liters) of fluids a day for men and about 11.5 cups (2.72 liters) of fluids a day for women.

As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day.
Any activity is better than none at all. What's most significant is making regular physical activity part of your lifestyle.
4. Get Enough Sleep:
Prioritizing sleep is one of the best things you can do to set yourself up for a successful, energized day. According to Sleepfoundation.org, sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up; besides to stave off diseases.
Most adults require between seven and nine hours of nightly sleep. Children and teenagers need substantially more sleep, particularly if they are younger than five years of age. Work schedules, day-to-day stressors, a disruptive bedroom environment, and medical conditions can all prevent us from receiving enough sleep. A healthy diet and positive lifestyle habits can help ensure an adequate amount of sleep each night – but for some, chronic lack of sleep may be the first sign of a sleep disorder.
In the other hand, without enough sleep, your brain struggles to perform basic functions. You may find it hard to concentrate or remember things. You may become moody and lash out at co-workers or people you love.
Talk with your health care provider if you are often tired during the day, or lack of sleep makes it hard to do daily activities. There are treatments available to improve sleep.
